Light & refreshing

Ginjo labels are fruity, floral and refreshing. They are made from rice milled to at least 60% of its original weight.

DAIGINJO

Subtlety & Finesse

Daiginjo sakes display complexity and finesse. brewers craft them in small batches from rice milled to 50% or smaller.
