Joseph Clark's passion for sushi and Thai cuisine started early in life at age 13. For 10 years he served as a sushi apprentice at Yama Asian Cuisine, a prestigious sushi restaurant in Lake Worth, FL specializing in Japanese and Korean food. After many years of fine tuning his knowledge working under world renowned chef, Kiyonari Yamamoto Hiroshima, and learning the craft of making sushi, he created his own unique menu which inspired Sushi Jo.
